THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.46233 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner challenges the order of suspension of authorization, dated 19.11.2016, by filing appeal on 17.12.2016 before respondent No.2-Joint Collector, Kurnool. One of the grievances at present is that respondent No.2 is neither taking up the stay petition nor a date for hearing the appeal is given.

I have perused the material available on record and I am satisfied the grievance of petitioner is required to be noted and appropriate directions be issued.

1. Respondent No.2 is directed to fix a date for hearing of stay petition within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and pass orders as are warranted in the fact situation of the case.

2. Respondent No.2 is further directed to hear and dispose of the appeal within three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. Petitioner is given liberty to communicate copy of the order to respondent No.2 within one week from today.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
