When the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is alteration of sections with regard to offences a-lleged against petitioners, for which, learned counsel for petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal petition with a liberty to file fresh petition.

Recording the above submissions, this Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn and petitioners are at liberty to file fresh petition, if they desire so.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
