THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE NO.1491 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed complaining non-compliance of order dated.18-04-2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7506 of 2017. The Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that as a matter of fact proceedings were issued on 01-09-2017 directing payment, for which the writ petition came to be filed by the petitioner. He also placed on record the proceedings issued by the Special Chief Secretary to Government(FAC), vide Memo No.10656/ SCD.RS/ 2016-4, dated 01-09-2017 evidencing that the payment had already been made. The learned counsel for the petitioner was not present when the matter was directed to be listed on 06-06-2018 and, as such, the matter is posted to today under the caption "for dismissal". Today also when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the contempt petitioner.

In the circumstances, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents that the order has already been complied with and there being no denial of the same, there is no necessity to continue the Contempt Case any further.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
