CVNR,J & GSP,J C.C.No.2418 of 2018 28.09.2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of common judgment, dated 15.09.2017, to the extent it pertains to W.A.No.1359 of 2017.

At the hearing, Mr.Ch.Venkat Raman, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the respondents have since complied with the aforementioned judgment of this Court by conducting medical examination to the petitioner. 3.

In the light of the above submission, the cause in the contempt case does not survive for adjudication. 4.
