THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Writ Petition No.30708 of 2016 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Both Ms.Shravya Desai, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri J.Anil Kumar, learned Special Standing Counsel for Commercial Taxes, would agree that the subject matter of this writ petition is covered by an order of a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.29020 of 2016 dated 01.09.2016.

Following the said order, and in terms thereof, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the respondents not to take coercive steps for recovery of the disputed tax, pending disposal of the TREVCs before this Court, on condition that the petitioner pays two-third thereof within four weeks from today. The petitioner shall be given credit for the amounts already paid in this regard. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
