Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that during the pendency of this application, the Investigating Officer, after conducting investigation, filed charge sheet and the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate took cognizance, and the case was numbered as a P.R.C. Thereafter, the learned Sessions Judge took cognizance, and the case was numbered as S.C. No. 63 of 2023 and the same is pending consideration.

In view of the above said submission, the cause in this application does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as infructuous.
