DURGA PRASAD RAO Writ Petition No.30183 of 2014 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Honourable Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that pursuant to the order dated 11.10.2013 in O.A. No. 1238 of 2012 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, at Hyderabad, the petitioner No.3 has considered the representation of respondents and rejected the same vide order dated 7.3.2014. He further submits that respondents have filed contempt petition before the Tribunal alleging non-compliance of the order dated 11.10.2013 and the said contempt petition was also closed, thus, nothing survives in the present petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
