This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-A1 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.656 of 2015 on the file of Medipally P.S., Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioner is that he collected huge money from the members as refundable security deposit for PFRDA NPS scheme and failed to repay the same when they demanded. Since the allegations levelled against the petitioner are so serious in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.
