CVNR,J & GSP, J Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of common order dated 18.09.2017, to the extent it pertains to W.A.No.1378 of 2017.

At the hearing, the learned counsel representing Mr.Ch. Venkat Raman, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the respondents have since complied with the above mentioned order of this Court by conducting medical examination to the petitioner. 3.

In the light of the above submission, the cause in the contempt case does not survive for adjudication.
