HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.37600 of 2016 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents have not disconnected the power supply to the petitioner's electricity service connection.

Today, despite the matter being listed under the caption " FOR DISMISSAL" , when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the above, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
