This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.315 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence under Section 304-B of IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted. 3.
