This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in laying the cement road in the land of the petitioner without prior notice, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj representing respondent Nos.1 to 4 and the learned Standing Counsel for Local Bodies representing respondent No.5.

It is the case of the petitioner that she owned an extent of 0.56 cents in Survey No.179 and Ac.2.82 cents in Survey No.180/2 and 3 of Koduru Village, Yerraguntla Mandal, Y.S.R. Kadapa District. It is the further case of the petitioner that the respondents are making an attempt to lay road in the land of the petitioner without following the due procedure. 4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent Nos.1 to 5 are hereby directed not to lay the road in the land of the petitioner without following the due procedure. 5.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
