Since the relief sought for by the petitioners in all the writ petitions is similar, these writ petitions are being disposed of by common order.

The case of the petitioners that they have filed revisions before the 1st respondent along with stay petitions in pursuance to the orders passed by the 2nd respondent in CMA.Nos 6, 11, 9, 27, 12, 8 and CMA.No.36 of 2014 respectively dated 09-03-2018. But no orders are passed. Meanwhile, the respondent-authorities are trying to evict the petitioners from the subject property in the above writ petitions respectively. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petitions are filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, who submits that the petitioners are in possession of the subject property. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare submits that ejectment order has been passed by the 3rd respondent in the year 2013. Since the statutory revisions are pending before the 1st respondent, the 1st respondent has to consider the same and pass orders.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the revisions filed by the petitioners in accordance with law. Till disposal of the

revisions, status-quo regarding possession over the subject property shall be maintained.

With the above direction, these writ petitions are disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of these petitions, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 07-09-2018 Nvl
