ORDER:
The petitioners claim to be the legal representatives of late K. Sham Rao, who was an employee in Central Printing Press, which is under the control of Printing, Stationary and Stores Purchase (Printing Wing) Department of State of Telangana. The payment of terminal benefits also comes within the scope of service matters and the jurisdiction of service matters concerning the State Government service vests in the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal. Aggrieved party has to first invoke the jurisdiction of the A.P. Administrative Tribunal constituted under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, and no writ petition can be entertained directly without exhausting the remedy under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.
2. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
