When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to avail the remedies available under Law. Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as sought for.
