HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO C.R.P. No.1539 OF 2016 ORDER:

The revision is maintained without even any order of the lower Court and without even any request of the parties much less by application or memo, in seeking a direction to the lower Court for early disposal of the suit, the remedy is left open to the petitioners to approach that Court for early disposal by showing the urgency and in the event of not succeeded, if prone to revision there is some meaning in maintaining, for its entertaining or disposal much less to give direction to the lower Court.

2) Having regard to the above, the revision is dismissed on maintainability itself, without going into the merits and it is left open to the petitioners to work out the remedies available. No order as to costs.

3) Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
