This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 21.01.2016 passed in I.A.No.451 of 2015 in O.P.No.25 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Razole, East Godavari District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court disposed of the O.P. on 11.02.2017. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the purpose of filing this revision petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
