This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"To declare the inaction on the part of third respondent and his officials in not taking action on the request of the petitioner society dated 04/2/201`5 and 11/3/2015 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, without jurisdiction and consequently to direct the third respondent to take

action and to pass such other suitable orders as this court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. Heard Sri Bathini Papa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleaders for Prohibition and Excise for the respondents.

3. When the matter is called today, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner herein submitted representations on 04/2/2015 and 11/3/2015 to the Prohibition and Excise Superintendent, Nalgonda but no action has been taken and necessary direction may be issued to the third respondent herein to take appropriate action on the said representation by fixing some time frame.

4. In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of without expressing any merit or demerit of the matter, directing the third respondent herein to pass appropriate orders on the representations dated 04/2/2015 and 11/3/2015 respectively said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein as per law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. No costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
