- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.14505 OF 2017 ORDER :

2.

According to the petitioner, he was directly recruited to Deputy Tahsildar and later promoted as Deputy Collector and presently working as Inspecting Officer (Official Language). The grievance of the petitioner is that his pay fixation is not granted in the cadre of Deputy Collector in the PRC of 2008 and on account of not granting pay fixation, he was subjected to hardship and suffering.

Ventilating his grievance, petitioner submitted representation on 01.02.2017 to the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Hyderabad (2nd respondent). Alleging inaction on the said representation, this writ petition is filed. 3.

Since the grievance is already ventilated by the petitioner before the competent authority, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and keep the writ petition pending. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner made in his representation dated 01.02.2017 and pass orders as warranted by law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two

(2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
