ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.3 in disconnecting power supply to the petitioner's Rice Mill as illegal and arbitrary. Mr. B.A.Prakash Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 24.8.2015, to the Registry, wherein he has informed that his client has instructed him to withdraw the case as, the respondents have promised to restore power supply to the petitioner's Rice Mill.
In the light of the afore-mentioned letter, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 17.6.2014 is vacated and WPMP.No.16710
of 2010 is dismissed as infructuous.
