Crl.Petition No.10796 of 2022 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITIO No.10796 OF 2022 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, L973 (for short 'Cr.p.C.) by the petitioners-Accused Nos.1 to 3 to quash the proceedings against I them in Crime No.360 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Narsampet Police Station, Warangal District. The I I offences alleged against the accused are under Sections 290, 323,353, 506 read with 34 IPC 3(1XrXs),3(2)(Va) of S.C and S.T P.O Act.

Heard both sides.

3. The case against the petitioners is that they went to Municipal office and threatened the defacto complainant in the name of caste. Prima facie case appears to be regarding the construction which was under taken by one Mr.Laxmana Chary. The said Laxmana Chary is not accused in the said case. Since there are no injuries even according to defacto complainant that were not caused in the said incident as narrated by the defacto

Crl.Petition No,10796 ol 2022 complainant/ this Court deems it appropriate to direct the police to conclude the investigation without taking any coercive steps against the petitioners.
