This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not considering the application of the petitioner dated 07.12.2015 for mutation of his name in the Revenue records pertaining to the land admeasuring Ac.0.27 guntas in Sy.No.434-B of Manthani Village, Manthani Mandal, Karimnagar District, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced copy of the extract of the proceeding dated 21.01.2016 which goes to show that the application of the petitioner was rejected and no reasons are mentioned for rejection. Only on the ground of violation of principles of natural justice, the impugned order is set aside and the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 07.12.2015 after issuing notice to the petitioner and take action in accordance with law within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
