HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.35584 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Kowturu Pavan Kumar for petitioner and the Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

The short grievance of the petitioner is that a claim petition was filed by the petitioner on 18.10.2016 in M.C.No.247 of 2016 and the respondents without disposing of the said claim petition are proceeding to sell seized paddy vide order dated 07.10.2016. The learned Government Pleader submits that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the claim petition filed by the petitioner within one week from today.

The writ petition is disposed of by accepting the submission of learned Government Pleader.

The learned Government Pleader is further directed to communicate this order forthwith to 2nd respondent for taking appropriate steps.

Till the claim petition is heard and disposed of, the sale directed to be held pursuant to the proceedings dated 07.10.2016 is stayed.

No order as to costs.
