Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri Neeli Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondentCorporation. Substantially for the same relief, W.P.No.25260 of 2018 came to be filed by the petitioner herein before this Court. This Court disposed of the said Writ Petition, directing the respondents to take action on the representation, dated 12.07.2018. Subsequently, a show cause notice bearing No.UC/317/W/A/TPSC12/W10/18, dated 01.08.2018 came to be issued by the respondent-Corporation under Sections 452 (1) and 461(1) of the H.M.C.Act, 1935. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is despite the same, no further action has been taken.

If the petitioner aggrieved by the non-compliance of the Orders of this Court in W.P.No.25260 of 2018, he is at liberty to file an appropriate application alleging willful disobedience of the Orders of this Court.
