The present writ petition is filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.908 of 2011 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nuzvid, Krishna District.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
On the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent, a case in Crime No.90 of 2011 was registered against the petitioners and after completion of the investigation, the police filed charge sheet and the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Nuzvid took the same on file and numbered it as C.C.No.908 of 2011. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings in the above C.C. However, the petitioners are at liberty to move an application before the Court concerned under Section 205 Cr.P.C., seeking to dispense with their presence before the Court concerned. On such application being filed, the Court concerned is directed to consider the same in accordance with law. 4.
