THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION Nos.1719 of 2013 & 1922 of 2013 COMMON ORDER:

Both these petitions are moved for quashing the crime No.215 of 2012 on the file of Station House Officer, Tandur, Ranga Reddy District.

Learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the police after completing the investigation filed a final report before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tandur on 30.01.2015 referring the dispute between the parties as purely civil in nature. In that view of the matter, the cause in these petitions does not survive any further for adjudication.

The petitions are, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications if any shall also stand closed.
