HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31792 OF 2018 ORDER:
Aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in calling the petitioner to the police station at the instance of 4th respondent and threatening to settle the property dispute, this Writ Petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dated 05.09.2018 stating that no complaint is received against the petitioner and no crime is registered against him. He denied the allegation of interference by the police in civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent.
Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law.
