HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.297 of 2016 PC:(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) The petitioner, in the instant Habeas Corpus petition, seeks production of (i) Gajavalli Venkata Ramesh Bhavani Prasad and (ii) Gajavalli Siddardha Venkata Satya Ratna Ajay Kumar, alleging their illegal detention by respondent No.4.

Mr. V. Sunil Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that both the aforementioned persons are shown as accused in Crime No. 71 of 2013, registered at III Town Police Station, Governorpet, Vijayawada and were arrested on 4.1.2016 and presently they are in judicial custody. In view thereof, Mr. B. Sesi Bhushan Rao, leaned counsel for the petitioner, does not press this petition.
