THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.5423 OF 2012 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed challenging the orders passed in I.A.No.405 of 2012 in I.A.No.3077 of 2011 in O.P.No.2501 of 2011 and I.A.No.406 of 2012 in I.A.No.3077 of 2011 in O.P.No.2501 of 2011 dated 03.08.2012 passed by the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, dismissing the petitions filed for appointing Advocate Commissioner for conducting of election and to declare new members enrolment made after the Court's order in O.P.No,.1347 of 2010 in respect of respondent society as null and void.

The issue in the civil revision petition is with regard to the elections for the Office of the President of Markazi Anjuman-EMahdavia. It appears, the elections were conducted in the year 2011 and the tenure of office of the President is for three years. Thus, the President term has elapsed by 2014 itself and the revision petition became infructuous.

In the result, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
