OFFICE NOTE 18.11.2025 SKS, J I.A.No.2 OF 2025 (FOR BEING MENTIONED) This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to correct the name of the Court in order dated 13.11.2025 in Crl.P.No.14303 of 2025.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to oversight the name of Court in the affidavit is wrongly mentioned as Hon'ble VI-Additional Sessions Judge, Secunderabad, the same is corrected. Hence, the name of the Court in para 6(i) is replaced with 'XAdditional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad'.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. Office is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh copy.
