When the matter is taken up for admission, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
