Sri B.Mohan, Learned Counsel for the applicants, seeks permission to withdraw the Arbitration Application with liberty to invoke the jurisdiction of the competent Civil Court. Granting liberty as sought for, the Arbitration Application is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
