Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad and a letter dt.16-11-2016 is also filed before the Registrar (Judicial) to that effect.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
