Heard Mr. G. Simhadri for petitioners and Mr. M. Ravindra for respondents.

Petitioners challenge the communication dated 27.07.2016 on various factual and legal objections.

Learned standing counsel, after perusing the writ affidavit and material papers, would submit that filing of the writ petition without replying to letter dated 27.07.2016 is impermissible. In the perception and understanding of the fifth respondent, the subject work order could not be executed. If the petitioners give appropriate reply along with sketch, supporting documents, the same will be considered and the fifth respondent will take steps as are warranted for executing the work order No.520000098433 dated 26.05.2015.

Having regard to the submissions of the learned standing counsel, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.
Petitioners are given two (2) weeks time form the date of receipt of copy of this order to submit reply/ details of place where the work order is required to be executed together with supporting documents. The fifth respondent, therefore, is directed to examine and take necessary steps as are required within the four corners of law within a further period of four (4) weeks thereafter.
The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
