THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.9773 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C. No.7 of 2013 on the file of the court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mydukur, Kadapa District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law including filing of petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C., before the trial Court.

3. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. If the petitioner files the petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C., the trial Court is hereby directed to pass appropriate orders thereon by taking into consideration the profession of the petitioner. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
