There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in this Writ Petition is as under: "........to issue Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not conducting proper investigation on the complaint made by the petitioner against the respondent Nos.6 to 10 in Crime No.329 of 2012 on the file of Balanagar police station, Cyberabad city, Hyderabad as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to order investigation through the agency of C.I.D. or any other competent agency in Crime No.329 of 2012 on the file of Balanagar police station, Cyberabad city, Hyderabad, forthwith by protecting the lives of the petitioner and her children from the respondent Nos.6 to 10." 3.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 5 brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the registration of crime No.329 of 2012 on the file of Balanagar police station, Cyberabad city, Hyderabad, investigation is completed and the final report was filed on 16-04-2013 before the Court concerned after giving notice of such final report on the petitioner on 09-04-2013.

In view of the said statement, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the Writ Petition since final report is already filed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
