When the case was called on 13.08.2015 learned counsel for the petitioners was absent. To give a last chance to the petitioners, the matter was directed to be listed today. Even today, when the case is called, none appears for the petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf.

Hence the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
