THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 6466 OF 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed by the Judgment Debtors, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, assailing order dated 14.09.2016 passed in E.P.No.12 of 2008 in I.D.No.245 of 1994 on the file of the learned Chairman-cum-Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Anantapuramu. 2.

At the time of hearing, Sri K.Satya Gopinath, learned standing counsel for Andhra Pradesh State Irrigation Development Corporation, submitted that the petitioners are ready to deposit balance E.P. amount within fifteen days. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be permitted to withdraw the deposited amount.

In view of the submissions made by both learned counsel, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. The petitioners are directed to deposit the balance E.P. amount within fifteen days from today and on such deposit, the respondent-decree holder is permitted to withdraw the same without furnishing any security.

The civil revision petition is disposed of accordingly. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this civil revision petition shall stand closed in consequence. No costs.
