THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.9482 OF 2018 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.19 of 2018 on the file of Sangareddy Town police Station, Sangareddy, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 384, 324, 323, 506 & 149 IPC.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, submits that, entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed by the prosecution on 06.09.2018.

Hence, in view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, the cause in this criminal petition does not survive any further for adjudication. In the result, criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
