THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.9470 of 2018 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in FIR No.188 of 2017 on the file of SHO, Kakinada. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represented that the police after completion of investigation filed chargesheet in FIR No.188 of 2017 and therefore, the present Criminal Petition, which is filed for quashment of the proceedings has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the chargesheet if advised.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
