Learned Government Pleader produced proceedings dated 14.07.2017 of the Chief-Commissioner of Land Administration, where under name of the petitioner was included in the Deputy Tahsildar panel for the year 2011-12. As a consequence, by order dated 19.07.2017, he was promoted as Tahsildar.

In view of the same, Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the contempt case shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
