HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION NO.14279 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.3 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail in Crime No.61 of 2013 on the file of Kothakota Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b) and 25 of the NDPS Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner along with two others was found transporting 60 kgs of ganja.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

The petitioner-accused No.3 is directed to surrender before the Court concerned and file an application seeking regular bail and on such application being filed, the Court Concerned is directed to consider the same on the same day.
