At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a letter, dated 16.10.2017, is filed before the Registry stating that the matter has been settled out of Court and that therefore, the petitioner instructed to withdraw the transfer petition and that in the said letter, a request is also made to list the matter before the Court under the caption 'for withdrawal'. 2.

The matter is listed today under the caption 'for withdrawal'. 3.

Having regard to the submissions now made and in the letter filed before the Registry, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
