This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to relax the condition i.e., "the petitioner shall report to the respondent/SHO on every Sunday between 10 AM to 5 PM till further orders" imposed in the order dated 27-02-2015 in Crl.M.P.No.35 of 2015 on the file of the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Kovvur and also confirmed in the order dated 08-10-2015 in Crl.M.P.No.1080 of 2015 on the file of the IX Additional Sessions Court, West Godavari at Kovvur.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition i.e., "the petitioner shall report to the respondent/SHO on every Sunday between 10 AM to 5 PM till further orders" is modified and the petitioner is hereby directed to report to the respondent/SHO monthly once i.e., on every first Monday of the month between 10 AM and 5 PM until further orders.
