This is an application seeking transfer of C.C.No.406 of 2013 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jaggayyapeta, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, to the Court of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Khammam, Telangana. 2.

Learned Public Prosecutor has produced the case status information downloaded from the website of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Jaggaiahpet, which shows that the said C.C. was closed recording compromise leading to acquittal of the accused. 3.

In view of the above, the question of transfer of the C.C. does not arise.

The Transfer Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
