This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order dated 23.01.2014 passed in I.A.No.1178 of 2013 in O.S.No.552 of 2008 on the file of IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing the present revision petition has become infructuous and to that effect, she has also filed a letter in the Registry of this Court on 21.02.2017.
