THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P. Nos.22482, 22484, 22486, 22507 and 22536 OF 2016 COMMON ORDER:

Since the issue involved in all these Writ Petitions is one and the same, they are being disposed of by this common order. 2.

Heard counsel for the petitioners, Sri B.Narayana Reddy, Assistant Solicitor General appearing for Union of India-1st respondent and the Government Pleader for Industries(A.P.) appearing for respondents 2, 4 and 5.

Petitioners allege that their mining lease applications were pending before the Union of India for consideration and no action was being taken thereon.

Sri B.Narayana Reddy, Assistant Solicitor General appearing for 1st respondent states that the applications are not pending before the 1st respondent and that they have been returned to the 2nd respondent i.e., the State of A.P., for consideration. 5.

The Government Pleader for Industries states that the 2nd respondent will communicate its decision on the petitioners' lease applications within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the petitioners. 6.

In view of the said submissions, these Writ Petitions are disposed of directing the 2nd respondent dispose of the petitioners' applications within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of

receipt of a copy of this order and communicate its decision thereon to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs. 7.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
