THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.C.C.A.M.P.No.1 of 2018 IN/AND C.C.C.A.No.105 of 2016 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the defendant, under Section 96 of CPC, assailing the decree and judgment dated 18.03.2016 in O.S.No.243 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, decreeing the suit in favour of the plaintiff. C.C.C.A.M.P.No.1 of 2018 is filed by the petitionerappellant to permit him to compromise the matter with the respondent in terms of the Memorandum of compromise. Petitioner and the respondent are present in the open Court. Sri N. Chandra Sekhar, Advocate representing Sri Vishal Kedia, learned counsel for the petitioner identified petitioner/appellant in the open Court. Mr. K. Jyoti Prasad, Advocate representing Sri R. Brij Raj Singh, learned counsel for the respondent, identified respondent/plaintiff in the open Court.

Heard the learned counsel for both the parties and perused the record. This Court read over and explained conditions of the Memorandum of Compromise to the petitioner and respondent in Telugu and they admitted the same. The petitioner and respondent, in the open Court,

submitted that they entered into compromise to put an end to the litigation at the advice of the elders.

Accordingly, C.C.C.A.M.P.No.1 of 2018 is allowed. Consequently, the appeal is disposed of, in terms of the compromise. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
