Heard Sri PVV Satyanarayana, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Sri MSR Chandramurthy, learned special counsel for the 4th respondent. 2 . The petitioner was appointed as Field Assistant at Kodavali Village, Gollaprolu Mandal, East Godavari District in the year 2007. Basing on certain allegations, the 4th respondent vide proceedings dated 03.12.2014 kept the petitioner under suspension. Thereafter, the 4th respondent without considering the explanation of the petitioner, passed orders dated 26.05.2015 terminating him from the services. Feeling aggrieved of the same, he preferred an appeal to the Commissioner/ Appellate Authority, Rural Development, on 06.08.2015 through the 4th respondent and the same is pending with the 2nd respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the appeal was filed on 06.08.2015, no orders have been passed by the 2nd respondent.
3. In the circumstances, without going in to the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent-Appellate Authority is directed to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner dated 06.08.2015, in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
