Sri Srinivasa Rao Madiraju, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedy, as is available to him under law. Preserving the said liberty, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
